A technology is a collection of technologies, methods, or processes used to achieve a goal, such as the production of a service or scientific investigation. It can be embedded in machines, computers, devices, and factories, and can be operated by individuals without detailed knowledge of their operation. So agricultural technology is a kind of technology, but so is the technology that enables the manufacture of electric vehicles, computers, and homes. Technology mainly refers to knowledge that facilitates production, but it is often also called technology because it can promote the production of goods or services or help them achieve their goals.

What was interesting was the mention of the advantages of video games among technologies. One advantage of video games is that they improve visual attention. Action games that require segmentation attention while emphasizing rapid progression and quick response to visual information, such as Halo, improve players' ability to focus on relevant visual information. In a modern society full of information and possible sensory inputs, the ability to focus visual attention on important and relevant information can actually help prevent sensory overload.

    Advances in technology have really helped humans a lot. It has also greatly helped the convenience of life, the development of the medical health field, and the innovation of education and learning. I didn't mention it, but there are so many things we're enjoying with technological advances that we don't even notice.
