 1) summary

Race is a population that is considered to be in some way distinct from other humans depending on actual or imagined physical differences. Race is rooted in the idea of biologically classifying humans according to morphological features such as skin color and facial features. Individuals are generally classified externally as ethnic groups, rather than choosing where they belong as part of their identity.

2) an interesting point

What was interesting was the opinion of the argument that race was considered a social construct.
Some sociologists and biologists believe that race is a social construct, which means that race is not based on the natural world, but is simply man-made artificial distinctions. As a result of this understanding, some researchers have completely ignored racial classification by shifting from conceptualizing and analyzing human variations according to race to population. As rejection of race as a valid taxonomy increased, many social scientists replaced the word race with the word ethnicity, referring to self-identification groups based on shared religion, nationality, or culture.

3) a discussion of point

How do you deal with discrimination in relation to a person's race?

Comments

  1. I don't think you should be interested in discrimination. Therefore, if you respond with complete indifference even when discriminating against race, I think people who discriminate like that will gradually find out their fault. And I think discrimination is actually a problem that does not disappear, so I think it is best to have education or awareness related to discrimination in advance.
