1) Summarize
Cis and Trans are terms related to gender identity.
Cis is a term known as " cisgender" or "sister", referring to a person with a gender identity consistent with a biologically born gender. For example, if a biologically female person recognizes himself as a female matching her gender, that person is a Sith woman. Similarly, if a biologically male-born person recognizes himself as a male consistent with that gender, that person is a cis male.
Trans is a term known as "transgender," referring to a person with a gender identity that does not match a biologically born gender. For example, if a biologically male person recognizes himself as a woman and goes through a process of gender identity, that person is a trans woman. Likewise, if a biologically female person recognizes himself as a male and goes through a process of gender identity, that person is a transmale.
Sith and trans are terms that are distinguished by the matching of gender identity. Siths have matching biological gender and gender identity, and transitions may have mismatched biological gender and gender identity. These terms can promote understanding and inclusion of gender identity, and can help recognize various gender identity.
Gender difference theory refers to theories to explain and understand biological, psychological, and sociological differences between genders. These theories promote awareness and understanding of gender and help explain interactions and social roles between gender.
These theories have been presented to understand and explain gender differences from each perspective. However, each of these theories has its own limitations and controversies, and it should be taken into account that gender differences consist of complex interactions of various factors.


2) Interesting point
In fact, gender discrimination is really common in Korea. Expectations for men are high, and the reality for women is harsh. In this regard, it seems to have been an opportunity to think twice about the problems of society. Of course, gender discrimination has disappeared more than before. Nevertheless, there are still biological differences between women and men, so they continue to argue. I think it is necessary to find a new solution to solve the gender problem.

    I think there are a lot of sex-related controversies and discriminations these days. Trying to find a new solution to the gender problem seems to be endless. The gender problem is unlikely to disappear unless men and women become the same. Still, I think efforts are needed to alleviate this. To answer the question, there are many scholars who have established theories related to sex from various fields and perspectives. Performance-related theories are being studied in various academic fields such as economics, business administration, organizational psychology, and sociology, and various scholars make theoretical contributions in each field. In the field of economics, Adam Smith's theory of economic freedom and market mechanisms is one of the important theories related to performance. In addition, in business administration, Peter Drucker and Frederick Taylor presented a theoretical approach to organizational performance. In the field of organizational psychology, Victor Vroom's Theory of Expectations, Edwin Locke's Theory of Goal Setting, and Abraham Maslow's Theory of Needs are known to have contributed theoretically to organizational performance and motivation. In the field of sociology, Max Weber's rationalization theory, Emile Durkheim's social integration and social relations, and Karl Marx's social class theory presented theoretical approaches related to social performance. As such, many scholars have established theories related to performance, which vary depending on the field of research and the perspective of the scholar. Therefore, it is difficult to limit the number of scholars who have established the theory of performance to one.
