Class Stratification
Social stratification
It refers to the structure of dividing people into upper, middle, and lower classes according to specific criteria. This structure is largely determined by various factors such as people's economic status, education level, occupation, gender, race, and region of origin. Social stratification exists in various forms, and there are clear differences between each class in terms of interests and property distribution. Because of this difference, the upper class has more authority and opportunity, and the lower class enjoys relatively less authority and opportunity. So social stratification can usually lead to inequality and social absurdity. However, it continues to evolve with factors such as race, economic situation, education level, gender, and economic and technological changes, and ultimately, as differences in possibilities become more important than economic differences, it may be nothing more than a text and a sacrifice call.
Karl Marx attempted a scientific exploration of the 'perception of the working class', a major conflict in human history between capitalists and workers. As one of the important milestones in human history, he proposed an inspiring social composition to live according to human nature. Marx saw that most societies were divided into two basic classes: capitalists and workers. A capitalist is a class that owns the means of production in society and employs workers. They accumulate wealth with capital and revenue, through which they build power and power. A worker is a class that provides labor to capitalists, and they're pushed to the capitalists to work, and the workers who worked in the way of production are exposed to what Marx called "buddha." Marx provided a theoretical framework that enabled workers to revolutionize and implement this redistribution of power or bankruptcy in their confrontation.
My opinion
I think the following methods are necessary to solve social stratification.
Expanding educational opportunities: Education plays an important role in addressing or mitigating social stratification. It is necessary to increase social mobility by expanding educational opportunities as much as possible.
Equitable property distribution policy: Property is one of the key determinants of social stratification. Equitable property distribution policies help realize equal distribution of wealth and mitigate economic inequality.
Strengthening employment opportunities and protection: It is important to expand employment opportunities to increase their role in the labor market and strengthen worker protection.
Resolving Prejudice and Discrimination: Prejudice and discrimination are one of the major issues that deepen social stratification. Accordingly, efforts are needed to resolve prejudice and discrimination by raising the level of social understanding and awareness.
Strengthening income distribution policies: The government strengthens income distribution policies to provide relatively low-income earners with ways to reduce the burden of essential living expenses, such as emergency reserves and rent support for low-income households.
Job creation: Increasing employment rates through job creation, such as specializing the recruitment industry, revitalizing the issue industry, and fostering the creative knowledge industry, also plays an important role in solving social stratification problems.
