W9.1

 1. Summarize

The development of agriculture led to the development of the country. You have systems of government like despotism, aristocracy, democracy, republicanism, federalism. The state exists in three separate forms of power in which power is divided. They keep each other in check and distribute power appropriately. Now, many democracies are turning into authoritarian forms of power.

2. My thought, opinion

I think a balanced distribution of power is important.  The legislature, administration, and judiciary check each other and ensure that state power is not concentrated in one place. Currently, the Republic of Korea is a multi-party system and is adopting a presidential system. It is divided into the ruling party and the opposition party, and the party to which the president belongs is the ruling party. In many cases, the ruling party is stronger.  Among the countries that adopt a bicameral system, Japan has a prime minister as the head of state administration.

3. Question

What efforts should the state make to ensure proper allocation of power (e.g., separation of powers)
