1.Summarize 

Deviance is a sociological term used to describe behavior in society that does not conform to normal norms and values. It usually covers behavior, attitudes and values that differ from societal expectations and which may be considered immoral, inappropriate or illegal.
For example, some societies may consider drug use to be immoral and illegal, so a drug user may be considered a deviant (someone who differs from societal expectations). However, in other societies, drug use may be considered normal or acceptable, and therefore such behavior would not be considered deviant.
It is important to note that the definition of deviance is subjective as it depends on a society's values and norms of behavior.

2. Interesting point

In the case of sexual violence on university campuses, the number of people who call the police is very small. Less than 5% of people who are raped on college campuses report their sexual assault to law enforcement, suggesting that the numbers in the figures may be significantly higher than the numbers reported.The question of why the police were not called has to do with a very large number of factors.

Will informal deviance become formal deviance?

    For example, if a particular form of informal deviance, such as drug use, becomes more widespread and harmful to society, it may eventually be criminalized and become formal deviance. Conversely, if a behavior that was once considered formal deviance, such as homosexuality, becomes more accepted by society, it may become informal deviance or even cease to be deviant altogether.

  1. Summarization      Government is like an umbrella term for a wide variety of institutions that make up the general control over a country. There are many different types of governments, with democracies, totalitarian regimes and everything in between. A type of government always has a ideal state, however in reality it often deviates. Basic political systems are autocracy, aristocracy, democracy, republics and federalism. Democracy can be either direct or indirect. In the indirect form, the people vote for representatives, who will then act on their behalf in making governing decisions. In a government, power can be divided into several functions.
